Learning & Professional Development

We focus on delivering world-class learning programs to our colleagues worldwide to help them develop their full potential as professionals, and to support McKinsey’s aspiration to be the preeminent leadership development institution in the world.

All McKinsey colleagues are required to complete a number of courses throughout their time in the firm to facilitate professional growth and development.  Our team structures and coordinates these training programs – including registration, logistics/planning for in-person programs, running local office programs, facilitating e-Learning modules via Webex sessions, and  follow-up of courses on our internal Learn portal.  We also work with various internal and external vendors to support both in-person and distance learning, directly manage communications with our colleagues, and work with other teammates in Munich, Stamford, and Singapore on program-specific projects.

In the Firm Learning Services function we encompass several roles, but in all of them we seek candidates with an administrative background and who demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.  New team members will have the opportunity to work with a talented and committed international team, gain exposure to new technologies, and learn new skills that enable them to deliver high quality results while developing professionally throughout their career with the firm.

Our team consists of 57 colleagues distributed around the globe in the following locations: Stamford, Tampa, Münich, Poznan, San José (CR),  Washington DC, Atlanta, Minneapolis, London, Singapore, and Manila.
